If you have changed your password and can’t log on to your machine when you are outside an if office you need to do the following:

 

Connect to VPN BEFORE you try to log on

1.       Click the “Switch User” button

a.      

2.       A small icon resembling a Network is showing to the right

a.      

3.       Click on that and select Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent

4.       Log on as usual to VPN

5.       When connection is established you can log in to your machine with your new password
